What Belagic does
Everything a guided trip business needs to take bookings and look after guests. It saves you time without taking you out of the conversation.
We move you over
- Text us the link to your current booking page.
- We bring over your trips, prices, photos and schedule, usually the same day.
- A real person does the handoff. You check it before it goes live.
Guest replies, drafted for you
- When a guest replies to a booking email, it lands in a thread for that booking.
- Belagic suggests an answer using only that booking: meeting point, start time, what's included, what to bring, waiver status and any note you've left for the day.
- Each suggestion shows what it was based on. Send it, edit it, or dismiss it. Nothing goes out without your tap.
- Money, refunds, changes, or anything it isn't sure about comes to you with no draft, and a note on why.
- Every suggestion and every send is logged.
Bookings and schedule
- Repeating schedules and one-off trips.
- Private trips that take the whole boat, or shared trips that fill seat by seat.
- Per-person, per-group, or a group price with extra guests on top.
- Seasons, so trips only show when you run them.
- Add bookings yourself, move them, or change the party. A trip can't be oversold.

Waivers

Payments
- Take cards through Stripe. Money goes to your own Stripe account.
- Cancelling a paid booking refunds the guest.
- Or let guests pay when they arrive. You choose, per business.
Emails that send themselves
- Booking confirmations, changes and cancellations go out on their own.
- Turn on a reminder before the trip and a thank-you after, written your way.
- Guests can unsubscribe from follow-ups.
